Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sidewalk Mech! We work with Print-on-Demand (POD) partners to create custom products just for you. This means your items are printed and shipped only after you place an order.

 
1. Processing & Production Time

Because our items are made-to-order, they require a production period before they are shipped.

  • Standard Production Time: Usually 2–7 business days.

  • During holidays or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

 
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping tiers depending on your location and the specific print provider used.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors like customs delays or postal service interruptions are outside of our control.

 
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

  • If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled by different print providers.

 
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sidewalk Merch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

  • We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

 
6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact us at info@sidewalkmerch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will work with our providers to send a replacement at no cost to you.
