Refund Policy

At Sidewalk Merch, every item is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item entirely, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.Process: Please email info@sidewalkmerch.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.No need to mail it back: In most cases, we only require a photo to verify the defect—you won't need to ship the damaged item back to us.

 

2. Sizing Issues

Because we use a Print-on-Demand model, we do not hold inventory for exchanges.We provide a Sizing Chart on every product page to help you choose the right fit.Please review these charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

 

3. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:Please check with neighbors or your local post office first.If the package is truly lost in transit (tracking has stopped moving for over 14 days), please contact us, and we will coordinate with our print providers to investigate and potentially send a replacement.4. CancellationsOrders are sent to production very quickly (often within a few hours). If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has moved into the "In Production" status, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
